Online Belly Dance class and Women's Circle beginning

Sunday 5th May, 7 - 9pm. This month's theme: Beltane Sensuality

It's time to gather a celebrate this Beltane ✨During this online belly dance class you will earn about the Goddess within and outside of ourselves in the natural world in this new online monthly women's circle.  Each month we will combine the healing, nourishing power of sharing, belly dance, movement and embodiment practices and Goddess teachings and rituals to "fill our inner cups." Each circle we will focus on a different theme depending on the current moon and seasonal cycles. 

Each month you can expect the following:

A Belly Dance online class: Dance is empowering. It can help us shed emotions we don't need. It can help us remember ourselves as sensual beings. You'll learn some belly dance movements each month. There will also be space for you to explore your own natural healing dance flow.

Sharing women's circle: come into this confidential, non judgemental circle of women and share what's happening for you.

Goddess Rituals and Teachings: Vicky weaves her knowledge of Tantra & Earth based spirituality together to share Goddess teachings and rituals each month that help you connect to the Divine feminine within and without. 

Meet you belly dance teacher: Vicky the vibrant

Vicky is an initiated Pagan Priestess of Goddess, a certified Sexologist, belly dance teacher, massage therapist and healer. She is also a Sexual Freedom award winner and a former winner of Miss Belly Dance UK . She began her explorations of spirituality in her early teens, particularly reveling in her affinity with nature. As a woman who knows herself as sexual and spiritual, She began her Tantra journey over fifteen years ago. This took her on a deep healing path where she attended many workshops, trainings and one to one healing sessions. Vicky is down to Earth, naturally very intuitive and sensitive to energy. She is passionate about the power of women's circle.  She believes it is really important that we come together often as women to support each other,  be creative together and have fun without judgment. 

What is tantra belly dance? 

Tantra belly dance is a unique form of belly dance that incorporates elements of tantra, an ancient spiritual practice originating from the Indian subcontinent. Unlike traditional belly dance, which primarily focuses on physical movements and aesthetics, tantra belly dance seeks to integrate the mind, body, and spirit, promoting self-awareness, sensuality, and connection with the divine.
